Electronic Giving Plan FAQ’s

How does the Electronic Giving Plan work?

Enrolling in the Electronic Giving Plan sets up an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from the bank account or credit/debit card you specify directly to Levin Ministries International.

What if there is a problem processing my gift?

We will contact you by telephone or mail regarding problems with your gift. If there’s a problem with your credit card, such as a lost or stolen card or a newly issued card, please let us know as soon as possible.

What are the benefits?

You’ll definitely save time, as well as reduce your check writing and postage costs. The Electronic Giving Plan also reduces processing costs here at Levin Ministries International and eliminates the risk of your check being delayed or lost in the mail.  Your electronic giving provides a consistent financial base for us to continue to spread the Gospel and bring the message of hope to a hurting and dying world.

Can I use a debit or check card to make my gift?

If the card carries the Visa or MasterCard logo, you can use it just like a credit card to send your monthly gift. Remember, though, the processing costs are less for us with the bank account EFT, and either way it comes out of your bank account.

Do I have control?

Absolutely!  You select the day you want to transfer your gift – on say the 5th or the 25th day of the month.  And you’ll have two records of your gift: a receipt from Levin Ministries International and a transaction record on your monthly bank account or credit card statement.

Is it easy to start the Electronic Giving Plan?

Yes, you can start in just a few minutes by following these simple steps: (1) Click the following link below that says: “Click here to donate.” (2) Then complete the online Electronic Giving form. (3) Read the Electronic Giving Agreement, then simply click “Submit.”

How do I make changes or cancel my participation?

You may change your gift amount or cancel the plan at any time by notifying us in writing, email or simply with a phone call – whichever is more convenient for you.
